When you buy a One Fifth fractional home . . .

It is really easy to own your fractional holiday home - we do everything for you including finding the right home in the right location, managing the financial and legal processes both in your home country and the country where your fractional property is located. All you have to do is decide where you want your holiday home to be and we'll do the rest. There is nothing to pay until you complete the purchase and all funds are dealt with by our lawyers (solicitors) who hold all payments in their Client account. (Your funds are returned to you if for any reason the purchase does not complete.) 

All costs, deposits and expenses are included in the fractional price shown, there are no hidden extras. We will also manage the property for you and the other owners. You will have your own password protected on-line management centre at onefifth.com where you can see up to the minute maintenance records, property accounts, calendar and contact the people you have shared ownership with.
