All you have to do is decide where you want your holiday home to be and we'll do the rest. There is nothing to pay until you complete the purchase and all funds are dealt with by our lawyers (solicitors) who hold all payments in their Client account. (Your funds are returned to you if for any reason the purchase does not complete.)
